Tile, shingle, foam and flat roofs
A new roof is a big decision, so you should see why before you spend the money. We show you what we found, lay out your options in writing, and plan the job around your home.

Repair or replace
Age alone doesn't decide it. Plenty of older roofs have years left, and some newer ones don't. What decides it is what's on the roof and what's under it.
Could a repair be enough? Read about roof repair.
We walk the whole roof, photograph what we find, and tell you what fits: a repair, a bigger fix that keeps part of the roof, a replacement, or nothing yet.
If the tile is sound and the underlayment underneath is worn, a tile relay replaces the underlayment and puts your tile back.
By roof type
Concrete and clay tile roofs, either replaced or relaid over new underlayment, depending on the tile.

Flat, foam and coatingsHow we price it
You can buy a 30,000-mile tire or a 75,000-mile tire. Both roll off the lot. We're in the business of the 75,000-mile tire, the one we can stand behind.
Financing is available. Ask about it during your evaluation.
An old roof is like driving on bald tires: it works until it doesn't.
The process
We get on the roof, photograph what we find, and send you a written scope with the price, so you know exactly what's included before anything starts.
If you decide to go ahead, you sign the proposal electronically. Nothing is scheduled until you approve.
We set the planned start date with you. Materials are planned for delivery and roof loading 24 to 48 hours before the crew starts, with Friday delivery planned for Monday starts. Weather, materials and site conditions can change the schedule.
The crew does the work in your written scope. If they find hidden damage, like rotted wood under the old roof, it's priced as a change order for your approval before that work goes ahead.

Questions
We get on the roof and look. If a repair or a tile relay will do the job, that's what we'll recommend. If the roof is done, we show you why with photos and lay out your options in writing.
Often, if the tile itself is sound. A tile relay replaces the underlayment and reinstalls your tile. Your evaluation tells you whether your roof is a good candidate. Tile roof underlayment.
It depends on the roof's size and pitch, the material you choose, the condition of the deck, and the flashings and penetrations. We don't publish prices because no two roofs are the same. You get a written scope with the price before anything starts.
Warranty coverage varies by roof type and product. See your written estimate for the coverage that applies to your project.
Yes. A standard roof evaluation is free: we get on the roof, document what we find with photos, and tell you whether it needs a repair, a replacement, or nothing yet. Need something else, like a review of another roofer's finished work? Ask us about it when you call.
Financing is available. Ask about it during your evaluation.
