How much does a shingle roof cost?
It depends on the roof's size and pitch, the shingle you choose, the condition of the deck, and the flashings and vents. We don't publish prices because no two roofs are the same. You get a written scope with the price before anything starts.
Can a damaged shingle roof be repaired?
Often, when the damage is in one area and the rest of the roof is sound. If it isn't, we show you why with photos.
Is there a warranty?
Warranty coverage varies by roof type and product. See your written estimate for the coverage that applies to your project.
Is the roof evaluation really free?
Yes. A standard roof evaluation is free: we get on the roof, document what we find with photos, and tell you whether it needs a repair, a replacement, or nothing yet. Need something else, like a review of another roofer's finished work? Ask us about it when you call.
