Roof repair in Scottsdale, Paradise Valley and the Valley

A leak doesn't always mean a new roof. We get on the roof, find where the water is getting in, and show you photos of what we find. If a repair will do the job, we tell you that and quote the repair.

Request your preferred day and arrival window. It's not a confirmed appointment until we confirm it with you.

Roof leak repair

Roof leak repair: find the source first

Water doesn't always come through the roof right above the stain on your ceiling. It can run along the deck before it shows up inside, so we trace it back to where it starts. Patching the wrong spot doesn't stop the leak.

After the evaluation, you get a written recommendation and a price for the work we propose. You decide whether to go ahead. Anything you approve gets scheduled separately.

Where we look

  • Each roof slope, section by section
  • Valleys, where two roof slopes meet
  • Vent pipes and other roof penetrations

Every finding gets photographed, so you see what we see.

Repair or replace

Maybe you need a roof. Maybe you don't.

We walk the whole roof and photograph what we find, so you see what we see. Then you get a straight answer.

When a roof does need replacing, think tires. A cheap 30,000-mile tire and a 75,000-mile tire both roll off the lot. We'd rather put the 75,000-mile tire on your house.

And if the roof has years left, you'll hear that too.

Roof replacement

Smallest fix

A repair

If the problem is in one area and a repair makes sense, we recommend that work in writing for your approval.

Keep what still works

A bigger fix

On tile roofs, that can mean lifting the tile and replacing the underlayment while keeping the tile you have.

When it's time

A replacement

The roof is done. We show you why and lay out your options in writing.

After a storm

Wind and monsoon damage

If water is coming in, call us. If not, request an evaluation and we'll document what we find with photos.

Questions

Roof repair questions

Is the roof evaluation really free?

Yes. A standard roof evaluation is free: we get on the roof, document what we find with photos, and tell you whether it needs a repair, a replacement, or nothing yet. Need something else, like a review of another roofer's finished work? Ask us about it when you call.

Can you just fix the leak, or do I need a new roof?

It depends on what we find. If the problem is in one area and the rest of the roof is sound, a repair is usually the answer, and that's what we'll recommend. If it isn't, we show you why with photos.

How much does a roof repair cost?

We don't publish prices because no two repairs are the same. The roof type, the size of the damaged area, what's underneath it, and access to the roof all move the number. You get a written scope with the price before any work starts.

Do I need to be home?

Tell us whether the home is occupied or vacant, and separately whether someone needs to meet us on site. Include an access contact and any access instructions so access is sorted out before the visit.

How soon can you come out?

Request your preferred day and arrival window. It stays a request until we confirm it. If water is coming in right now, call us.

Is there a warranty?

Warranty coverage varies by roof type and product. See your written estimate for the coverage that applies to your project.

Do you offer financing?

Financing is available. Ask about it during your evaluation.
